5:00 – 5:45 PM – Yoga with Nicole P. from Pilgrimage of the Heart Yoga

6:00 – 6:45 PM – Qi Gong & Meditation with Red Lotus Society

7:00 – 7:45 – Community Drumming for Wellness with Resounding Joy, Inc.
(No musical experience necessary)
